Fourchette is a living beer made from precious hop varieties and unique strains of yeast. In combination with the high-fermentation and secondary-fermentation processes, they created a velvety balance between soft bitterness and enjoyable refreshment.

This beer has a creamy, dense foam and a copper colour. The aroma and palate is one that marries banana, vanilla and clove. It has a zesty texture character with a tart finish.
