Straw yellow with bright greenish hints. Nose is intense and fresh, with citrus, peach and apricot aroma, which will evolve in pineapple, apple, spicy and floral scents. Taste is lively, with a superb texture and depth, mirroring at the best the nose. A lengthy, long-lingering finish hints of quince apple.
Good with Italian ham, marinated raw fish, hummus, pasta or risotto with white meat or fish sauce, soft cheese. Venetian tradition: asparagus risotto. Perfect as appetizer with good friends.
