Straw-yellow in color, intense aromas of apricots and citrus fruits complement notes of tree fruits and nuts. On the palate, zesty acidity and elegant body make for great structure and an overall impression of complexity and finesse.

Traditional pairings for this wine are fish and seafood, either raw, fried or grilled, pasta salads, pasta with zucchini flowers and shrimp, light pizzas, frittatas and Prosciutto di Parma with cantaloupe.
