The pasta derives from extremely simple raw materials. The dough is composed of durum wheat semolina and water, without preservatives or additives of any kind. Its quality is therefore a direct consequence of the qualities of the wheat and the careful grinding and pasta making processes. Production with artisanal times, natural drying for dry pasta, immediate packaging for fresh pasta, are the fundamental prerogative for OroGiallo specialties.

OroGiallo is produced exclusively with carefully selected grains. The final product does not overcook, has a characteristic flavor and color, is rough and goes well with any seasoning.
