‘The Château’ Cabernet Sauvignon displays deep, rich purple and red hues. The bouquet has lifted aromas of blackcurrant, redcurrant and spice on the velvety smooth palate with hints of cedar and mint. The extensive finish is framed by elegant, fine-grained tannins from two years maturation in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels.

This Cabernet Sauvignon combines the rich flavours typical of Bendigo with elegant varietal characters and a classy, seamless structure. Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.

The Yalumba The Cigar Cabernet Sauvignon is plum red in colour and medium to full depth in hue. The bouquet shows bright cherry, chocolate and musk fruit aromas supported by savoury cedar oak. The palate is vibrant with blueberries and rhubarb balanced by choc-mint with the tannins having mouth-filling praline texture. The finish is long and lingering.
