Vespa Il Bruno Dei Vespa Primitivo Salento

The Primitivo "Il Bruno dei Vespa" is a Salento IGT wine produced from 4 hectares of vineyards in Cellino San Marco, where the Primitivo grape reaches its highest expression. Vinification includes temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration on the skins, followed by aging in barriques, resulting in a wine with a complex structure and rich character. It shows an intense, brilliant ruby-red color, with aromas of cherries and plums complemented by spicy and vanilla notes. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, with soft tannins and a lingering finish. This Primitivo pairs beautifully with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, and is especially enjoyable with grilled smoked provola. A quality Puglian Primitivo aged in barrique, it offers a full-bodied, satisfying experience at a fair price.
