Blackberry, plum, pepper, liquorice and leather are great descriptors for this wine. Subtle oak and full tannin structure gives roundness which lingers on the palate.

Aromatic Dark Cherries, raspberries and spice with underlying forest floor notes, a supple but well-structured pinot with toasted French oak adding complexity and linearity to the palate.

Handpicked Pinot Noir was fermented in small open fermenters with some whole bunches by wild yeast and hand plunged four times a day. The free run juice and pressing were barreled seperately and matured in tightly grained French oak puncheons of 12 months.

Quietly confident, super perfumed notes of pomegranate, damson plum and forest fruits. It exudes purity in spades, has crunchy red fruits, and an all round snappy flavour. Light fragrant Pinot Noir that can be served chilled or at cooler room temperatures.

A lifted nose of red cherry and strawberry complemented by earthier, mushroom characters and spicy French oak.
