These guarantees apply to in-store purchases. As no products are sold through this website, online purchase-specific remedies do not currently apply here.

Amato's Liquor Mart is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. We comply with all applicable RSA requirements under the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW) and equivalent state and territory legislation.
We will refuse service to any person we reasonably believe to be intoxicated.
We will refuse service if we reasonably believe alcohol is being purchased on behalf of a minor. It is against the law to supply alcohol to a minor on licensed premises.
We will not sell alcohol to any person wearing a school uniform, even if that person is 18 years of age or older.
If you appear to be under the age of 25, we will ask you to present valid photographic identification before completing a sale. Acceptable forms of ID include a current Australian driver licence, passport, or proof-of-age card.
Although we are not currently processing orders through this website, we do accept orders by phone and email for delivery. Interstate delivery of alcohol in Australia is subject to state and territory liquor laws, which vary between jurisdictions.
Some states and territories - including Queensland, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory - impose restrictions or limits on the interstate delivery of alcohol to private consumers. These restrictions are set by law and are outside our control.
Before placing a delivery order, we recommend contacting us to confirm whether we can deliver to your location. We will not knowingly deliver alcohol to any address where doing so would contravene applicable state, territory, or Commonwealth legislation.
It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that the receipt of alcohol delivered to their address complies with local laws. Where required, the recipient must be 18 years of age or older and may be asked to provide identification upon delivery.
The sale and supply of alcohol in Australia is regulated by state and territory legislation. The following statutory warnings apply:
Under the Liquor Act 2007, it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $19,000). It is also an offence for a person under 18 to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $800).
Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.
Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113: Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under the age of 18 years.
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises.
Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990, it is an offence for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years (fine not exceeding 20 penalty units). It is also an offence for a person under 18 to purchase liquor (fine not exceeding 10 penalty units).
Under the Liquor Act 2010, a person must not sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on premises where the sale is authorised or in a public place. Maximum penalty: $5,500.
Under the Liquor Act 2019, it is an offence to sell, supply, or serve alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years.
