Ingredients

  • 15 mls of Lime Juice
  • Variety of Bell Peppers - Cored, Seeded and sliced into 1/8 wide strips
  • Serrano or Jalapeno Pepper - Cored, Seeded and sliced into 1/8 wide Strips
  • 4 to 5 Leaves of Fresh Cilantro (Coriander)
  • Mixing Glass
  • Muddler
  • Ice
  • Rocks Glass
  • Shaker

Instructions

Looking for a great drink with a bit of heat and flavour?? Here it is

Start off by getting your Mixing Glass, add 9 slices of Bell Pepper strips (Preferably 3 Red, 3 Orange and Yellow)

Add the 1 strip of Serrano or Jalapeno Pepper, Cilantro leaves then the Lime Juice. Muddle well.

Add the Patron Anejo with the Ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled Rocks Glass.

Garnish with Bell Pepper and Cilantro.

Serves One.
