The Flavour, this one will convert you over to Grappa!!!!!

Combine water, sugar, cinnamon sticks and the orange slices in a medium saucepan on medium heat.

Stir until sugar is dissolved. Reduce the heat to low and cook, covered until the liquid has a noticable cinnamon flavour. About 30 mins

Keep the mixture warm over very low heat. It should no longer be simmering. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir and serve in small shot glasses or tumblers.
