Instructions

Expand your knowledge for Grappa!!! You'll need some time for this ONE!!!

Firstly pour the Grappa and Milk into a half gallon glass jar with a tight fitting lid.

Scoop in the sugar and the chocolate and lemon. Cover tightly and shake well until the sugar starts to dissolve. it will look curdeled and so it should.

Set aside in a cool dark place for TEN DAYS. You will need to shake/stir well every day.

Set aside a colander lined with cheese cloth, over a bowl pour in mixture. After the contents has been poured in squeeze the cloth to release any remaining fluids.

Line a Sieve with a paper Coffee Filter. Pour in the Liqueur and let the mixture drip through to a clean bowl. This can take up to 24 hours. Change filter when it becomes clogged.

Pour in  the liqueur into a clean decanter with a tight fitting top, this will keep for up to six months as long as it is stored at room temp.

Serves four.

It takes a bit of time, , , like fine art!!!!
