Chateau De Sancerre
Visual Pale yellowish gold in colour. A discrete first nose reminiscent of anise and sweet chestnut spread, opening up to floral (hawthorn, jasmine) and fruity (citrus) notes. Palate starts off bold and fresh with notes of citrus zest, kiwi and freshly sliced apple and pear. Flavours on the finish are evocative of pastry cream.
This fresh, mineral wine with hints of fruit is a perfect match for seafood, fish, and goat’s cheeses such as the famous Chavignol. Serve at 10-12°C.

Dom Schlumberer Riesling Les Princes Abbes
The light-footed Riesling les Princes Abbés Alsace by Domaines Schlumberger shimmers into the glass with brilliant light yellow. This matured white wine also flatters the eye with golden yellow reflections This varietal French wine shows wonderfully expressive notes of pink grapefruit, grapefruit, oranges and pomelo in the glass. In addition, there are hints of forest soil and sunny rock
On the palate, the Riesling les Princes Abbés Alsace by Domaines Schlumberger starts wonderfully light rocking, grippy and aromatic. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed white wine is wonderfully light and velvety. With its vital fruit acid, Riesling les Princes Abbés Alsace presents itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this well storable white wine from the Alsace wine-growing region finally inspires with beautiful length. Again, there are echoes of pomelo and orange.

Dom Schlumberger Pinot Blanc Les Princes Abbes
The initial taste is moderately rich, dense. The alcohol support is balanced. The wine evolves with a sharp liveliness, pithy and marked by a sparkling note. The range of aromas is dominated by fruits, including citrus fruit, lemon, blood orange, white fruits, golden apple, spices, ginger and a complex, floral note. The finish offers a good length, and a frank and persistent liveliness. The balance of this wine is based on freshness. Marked by a fine degree of maturity, it expresses great tonicity and energy. A beautiful wine.

Domaine Fevre Chablis
Our Chablis are fresh and fruity (white flesh fruits, like peach and pear, with citrus notes), and already showing good minerality. Pleasant with an aperitif, they make a good marriage with oysters, shell fish and grilled fish, but also with traditional Burgundy recipes such as jambom persillé (ham with parsley).

Hugel Gentil
Bright, young, fresh, light green, pale yellow to pistachio legs tight and fat. The aromatic expression is open, dense, fragrant, rose, jasmine, hawthorn, linden, acacia flowers, almond blossom, fruity: apricot, yellow peach, pear, quite spicy, cardamom, liquorice. Flattering and harmonious bouquet.

Hugel Riesling
Beautiful bright colour, alert, straw green. Aromas perfectly in tune with its fruity varietal character, green apple, gooseberry, citrus, grapefruit, lime, floral spring flowers, fresh bouquet, bright frank and direct. On the palate this wine is perfectly dry, straight, direct, with gorgeous freshness, keeping our taste buds alert, with energy, active and lively.

J De Villebois Pouilly Fume
The POUILLY FUMÉ’s complexity originates from the various Pouilly-Fumé Terroirs. Like nowhere in the world, the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety reveals its full potential thanks to the diverse terroirs of Pouilly.
The subtle nose reveals a combination of smoky and ripe fruit favors. The palate is dominated by the favors of candied pineapple, peach and mango. An elegant acidity supporting the typical “smoky” favors of Pouilly Fumé completes this great Pouilly-Fumé.

J De Villebois Sancerre
The SANCERRE is a cuvée made from the famous Sancerre Terroirs. It has an intense bouquet and a flavourful palate, it burst with lots of ripe fruits favors and vegetal aromas. A new world style Sancerre, yet true to its unique Terroirs.
Intense vegetal and citrus aromas on the nose. An unctuous, yet powerful palate. The intense gooseberry favors are complimented by a long lasting finale!

J Moreau And Fil Chardonnay
'The aroma is intense with a hint of citrus, then complex with notes of honey and fresh fruit. Fleshy and fresh on the palate, it boasts an impressively fruity, long-lasting finish.'
