Chateau De Sancerre
Visual Pale yellowish gold in colour. A discrete first nose reminiscent of anise and sweet chestnut spread, opening up to floral (hawthorn, jasmine) and fruity (citrus) notes. Palate starts off bold and fresh with notes of citrus zest, kiwi and freshly sliced apple and pear. Flavours on the finish are evocative of pastry cream.
This fresh, mineral wine with hints of fruit is a perfect match for seafood, fish, and goat’s cheeses such as the famous Chavignol. Serve at 10-12°C.

Domaine Fevre Chablis
Our Chablis are fresh and fruity (white flesh fruits, like peach and pear, with citrus notes), and already showing good minerality. Pleasant with an aperitif, they make a good marriage with oysters, shell fish and grilled fish, but also with traditional Burgundy recipes such as jambom persillé (ham with parsley).

Hugel Gentil
Bright, young, fresh, light green, pale yellow to pistachio legs tight and fat. The aromatic expression is open, dense, fragrant, rose, jasmine, hawthorn, linden, acacia flowers, almond blossom, fruity: apricot, yellow peach, pear, quite spicy, cardamom, liquorice. Flattering and harmonious bouquet.

Joseph Cattin Pinot Blanc

-
Joseph Cattin Pinot Gris
This wines has lovely complex flavours of cardamom, vanilla, cinnamon and a mix of light apricot and tangerine flavors. Also lots of spice and autumnal hints. Light smoky finish.
-
Le Chat Noir Rose
Very pale pink in colour, sitting well within the classic Provence “pale and dry” spectrum. The nose is aromatic and sweetly perfumed with aromas of strawberries and rose petals. The palate is a revelation compared to previous vintages, elegant and effortless with light berry and candied fruit drop flavours lingering long on a soft, dry finish.
-
Les Courtilles Cote
A lifted nose of dark berried fruit, forest undergrowth, oak and sweet spice. The palate begins with a burst of supple red berry and sweet cherry flavours balanced by bright acidity and nicely textured tannins. Beautifully balanced and flavoursome, is a very attractive Cotes du Rhone that will deliver relaxed drinking pleasure over the next five years.

Ley Lys Vouvray
Fruit condensed bouquet highlighted by honey blossom. Attractively fresh. A tinge of honeyed sweetness and lime blossom on the finish.
