Climbing 1.5lt Merlot
Medium to full bodied palate weight. The ripe plum and berry fruits on the nose continue on the palate along with nicely integrated oak characters and some complex liquorice and spice notes. Texturally the palate shows ripe supple tannins, bright acidity, structure and length.
-
Climbing Merlot
Ripe red berry fruits, plum and bell pepper notes with a herbaceous edge. Medium weight with supple tannins and light oak integration.
Match to roast meats, quail and Mediterranean inspired dishes. -
Dee Vine Estate Merlot

Kylie Minogue Merlot 750ml
A fruit-forward, intense nose of ripe bramble fruits and cherries. Plush and juicy on the palate with soft tannins and a long, moreish finish of plums and spice.
-
Massoni El Nino Merlot
Medium deep red with youthful edges. Aromas of forest berries, chocolate and earthy, tobacco-like scents combine on the nose to give a complex, rewarding bouquet. The palate structure is taut yet full of ripe fruit flavours. Plummy, black olive flavours are supported by the classic “iodine” note of varietal Merlot. Medium to full bodied with a firm, structured finish, this wine is an ideal accompaniment to rich meat dishes.

Smith and Hooper Merlot
Dark cherry red in colour. This aromatic Merlot opens with notes of morello cherry and blue fruits, followed by violets and dark chocolate aromas.
The palate is bursting with dark cherry and plum flavours, sweeping along into savoury notes from the French oak
-
Stonefish Merlot
This Merlot displays juicy plum and earthy overtones. Lengthy fruit on the palate is accompanied by a fine grain tannin finish. The vintage period was long and slow, resulting in the grapes being picked in a ripe condition with good levels of natural acidity. A perfect winter warming wine.

Weemala Logan Merlot
Step aside Shiraz because Merlot is making a comeback! One of the best examples of Merlot produced in Australia. Aromas of dark cherries, violets and woody herbs with a full palate of plum, mixed berries and dark chocolate before a long dry finish.
