Aceto Balsamic Di Modena 250ml 15yr Old
Lodovico Campari's balsamic vinegar is made only from grapes picked only from Trebbiano vineyards.
The grapes are pressed immediately after they are picked and the must is then fermented in open top barrels until it has reduced by two thirds.
Then the balsamic is put into oak barrels and aged for up to 15 years.

Colavita Vino Cotto 250ml
It is aged for four years in oak barrels, allowing the taste and consistency to develop. Vincotto has hints of prunes, spices, rich grape components and is not as woody as Balsamic. Ideal for drizzling sparsely over game, roasted meats, salads, aged cheeses, and certain desserts.
