The spirit is created from an exotic fusion of the finest aged Scotch malt whiskies, a carefully selected range of spices, Mediterranean tangerines, cinnamon, almonds and honey. Because of all these different ingredients, Glayva has a very distinctive and pleasant taste. Surprisingly smooth and sweet, with a hint of cinnamon and spices, it really tastes like nothing else!

Carefully matured in the finest American bourbon and Spanish sherry oak casks for at least 12 years. Married and mellowed in oak marrying tuns for complete harmony of aroma and flavour.

Highland Park 12 Year Old is a well-balanced, spicy, and rounded single malt Scotch from Orkney, Scotland, with a distinct heather-honey sweet nose and smoke-infused peat, complemented by notes of citrus, dried fruit, and spice on the palate, all supported by a honeyed malt body and a lingering, warm finish. It reflects the unique Orkney environment, using local peat and maturation in ex-sherry casks to create a balanced whisky described as a harmonious blend of smoke, honey, and spice.
