Standing barely two-feet tall, Babydoll refers to the flock of miniature sheep that graze among the vineyards of Yealands Estate. Too short to reach the fruit, these pint-sized organic-weeders provide year round mowing and pest control, plus a handy dose of fertiliser. A textual wine with flavours of crisp Nashi pear, and red apple. 

Youthful and aromatic, with ripe white peach, lemon balm and musk sticks on the nose. It smells light and easy, but there's a singing acid line that cuts across the palate, offering a little more length and a lot more texture than what the clean nose leads you to expect. We want this alongside fresh, light lunches; with salads, with chevre, with fish, with sandos. Drink it young and effortlessly.
