    Its bouquet reveals complex aromas of blackberries with spicy notes.

    Rich and tannic but at the same time very supple and lively in the mouth.  A wine fruity and smooth to drink.
    Good with both red and white meat dishes (lamb, stews..) and a variety of cheeses (Reblochon, Cantal, mature Brie or Camembert..).
    Grape variety-Grenache represents at least 40% of the blend. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre together must attain at least 70%.

    The palate is smooth and round with a real sense of sweetness, coupled with cracked black pepper. Supported by fine tannins and a velvety mouth with impressive persistence and volume.
