  • Claymore Joshua Tree Riesling

    Claymore Joshua Tree Riesling

Made from 100% free run juice, the palate of the 2016 Joshua Tree is fine and full of bright citrus flavours hints of minerality. Those zesty, floral notes from the nose fill out in the mouth in a real explosion of primary fruit and the natural acidity is restrained providing tongue tingling freshness. The wine finishes with bright, finely boned acidity with lingering lemon and lime fruit.

  • Darenberg Stump Jump Riesling

    Darenberg Stump Jump Riesling

Fittingly, the fruit for this wine was sourced just a quick hop, skip and a stump jump from Australia’s first nude beach. The wine itself is uninhibited. Fully exposed in youth, exhibiting candied lime and cumquot characters on the nose partnered by delightfully pretty frangipani notes. The analogy with the beach continues as we are initially hit with a wave of sea spray flavour, complemented beautifully by more citrus fruits and a mouthwatering sherbert like finish. The attack is sumptuous but quickly tightens up as the lively acidity balances out the sweetness, leading into a long, lingering finish. Release your inhibitions with this raw exhibition of McLaren Vale Riesling, the way it was intended.

  • Jim Barry The Lodge Hill Dry Riesling

Jim Barry The Lodge Hill Dry Riesling

The wine has a pale straw colour in the glass. Opens with aromas of lifted spice, orange blossom and lime. On the palate there is huge volume of flavour with notes of grapefruit, lime and spice. • Kerrigan and Berry Riesling

    Kerrigan and Berry Riesling

The initial impression on the palate is that of seamless structure, fine vibrant acids and lingering citrus flavours. The use of free-run juice only has given the wine "fineness" balancing the fragile varietal flavours of Riesling. There is a complex array of flavours in the mouth, dominated by lemons, limes, and grapefruit. These are supported by hints of spice and mineral on the mid-palate and green apple on the impressively long finish.

  • Kilikanoon Killermans Run Riesling

    Kilikanoon Killermans Run Riesling

A lively and flavoursome palate, offering the mouth filling characters of lemons, orange blossom, hints of stone fruit and zesty natural acidity in a long and cleansing finish.

  • La Boheme Act 1 Riesling

    La Boheme Act 1 Riesling

Riesling is an under rated variety in the Yarra Valley. With an understanding of the variety it produces quite exotic textural aromatic wines with good natural acidity and an ability to balance slightly higher sugar levels. The addition of some old vine Gewurztraminer (planted in 1976) and a little upper Yarra Pinot Gris gives some additional complexity and interest to the wine.

  • Leeuwin Art Series Riesling

    Leeuwin Art Series Riesling

Fragrant bouquet of lime and lemon blossom, with hints of subtle spice. Palate is taut and focused offering lemon curd, lime pith and floral notes, woven together with a mineral finish.
