Malmsey is a unique style to the house of Buller. It is equally suited as an aperitif, with dessert or after dinner. In the kitchen a dash of Malmsey can add flavour to many a dish.

McWilliam’s has a long and prestigious history in producing fortified wines. With its wealth of experience, McWilliam’s affords its wines time to cellar and releases them only when they have reached optimum maturity. The palate is very luscious and complex with chocolate and malt being most apparent but hints of golden syrup also in the background. Although intense and luscious, balanced acidity and clean background spirit help to keep the wine fresh and vibrant.
