Mauro Concerto coffee beans is a really strong and full blend with rich body, almost bitter taste.
It makes a symphony of tastes with all the typical early Mediterranean tastes.
Caffè Concerto is made from about 80-90 % of the best Indian Robusta beans and together with a little Arabica it makes this blend so special in its character. Since it is made from the best of the Robusta beans it has not the wood like taste that you can experience when using cheaper beans.
