The Chandon Australia Brut is Australia’s benchmark sparkling, as well as Chandon’s flagship non-vintage. A fresh and approachable wine, blended from chardonnay and pinot noir with a long, crisp brut finish.

Croser Non Vintage Sparkling  stays true to the ‘aperitif’ style of Croser Vintage while signalling an evolution of the Petaluma Croser house style. The wine is a blend of the current vintage Croser with reserve wine from several older vintages – with each vintage adding distinctive qualities to the final blend.

The wine showcases a rich, full blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from selected sites in the cool climate Piccadilly Valley and other parts of the Adelaide Hills.

The palate is rich and generous with a realrnvitality that is heightened by the creamy mouth-feel.

The Jansz Tasmania Non Vintage Premium Cuvee is pale gold in colour, with persistent fine mousse. A lifted nose displaying honeysuckle and citrus notes from Tasmanian Chardonnay. The tirage age contributes aromas of nougat and roasted nuts, whilst Pinot Noir fruit shows delicate strawberry. The palate is well balanced with delicate fruit flavours, creaminess from the fine bead mousse and fresh acid. The wine finishes dry and light with lingering flavours of citrus and nougat.
