This particular oil is made from a single varietal called Ogliarola, a speciality of the Gargano area. It produces a soft and velvety extra virgin olive oil with delicate notes of cut grass, artichoke, chicory and orchard fruit. We recommend using it as a finishing oil for steamed vegetables, summer soups and green salads, but it’s also great eaten with hunks of fresh bread.
