Orogiallo has always worked with the same passion and attention to produce pasta with an unique taste, typical of artisan Italian tradition. The tradition of artisan pasta combined with the most modern technologies are the perfect mix from which born Orogiallo.
Trofie is origionally from Liguria, Northern Italy. It is shaped by rolling a small piece of dough on a flat surface to form a short, round length of pasta with tapered ends, then twisting it to form the final shape. In Italian cuisine, it is most typically served with a pesto sauce. Manufactured with slow-drying method at 60° Celsius, which better keeps nutrition and natural flavor of the pasta.
