Pour the contents of the bag into a saucepan, add a drizzle of oil and toast. Shade with a glass of white wine and wait for it to evaporate. Meanwhile, heat 800 mL of water in a saucepan. Gradually add the hot water to the risotto, cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season everything with a knob of butter, a pinch of pepper and Parmesan. Serve hot.
