Osborne Pedro Ximenez 1827 Sherry is a deeply sweet, dark mahogany-colored fortified wine known for its intense aromas of raisins, dates, honey, and almonds, complemented by flavors of bitter chocolate, caramel, and spices. It has a thick, unctuous, and complex character, a long and lingering finish, and is traditionally aged in American oak barrels using the Soleras and Criaderas system. This rich wine is best enjoyed as a dessert wine on its own, or paired with desserts, blue cheese, or dark chocolate.
