Youthful and aromatic, with ripe white peach, lemon balm and musk sticks on the nose. It smells light and easy, but there's a singing acid line that cuts across the palate, offering a little more length and a lot more texture than what the clean nose leads you to expect. We want this alongside fresh, light lunches; with salads, with chevre, with fish, with sandos. Drink it young and effortlessly.

Fruity, peach, grapefruit, lemon-lime and mineral flavours on the palate with a medium body, a roundness which is a pleasure to drink, and good balance. The finish is long and clean, spicy yet delicate.
