Bosca Luigi Barbaresco
Bosca Barbaresco red wine is famous in the world for its elegance, achieved thanks to a long refinement in oak barrels, that tames its tannic and austere nature.
Gentle robustness, soft and dry, rightly tannic and well balanced.
Pair with: Little spicy soufflé, Spinach and ricotta flakes with a sprinkling of nutmeg, Polenta and mushrooms au gratin, grana flan on a bed of mushrooms; Tajarin and ravioli with truffle, various types of risotto with aromatic sauces

Bream Creek Pinot Noir
An elegant wine with a classic bouquet of bright cherry fruit and delicate perfumes of violets and a medley of other flowers. The palate has excellent line and length, showing the traditional cherry fruit for which Pinot Noir is known but then flowing into darker fruits.
-
Brokenwood Semillon
Plenty of pale green tints. Lifted grassy citrus characters on the aromas. Sweet fruit flavours initially on the palate with some Bickford lime cordial notes. Excellent acid structure, importantly balanced with the fruit, long carry on the finish as well. Perfect in its youth, will bottle age gracefully for those that want a mature style.
-
Brown Brothers Moscato
This current release is a light straw colour with some youthful green tinges, while the nose is lifted with aromas of musk, citrus and freshly crushed grapes. In the mouth the wine is alive with a vibrant and mouth filling sherbet flavour. A wine of universal appeal, the retained carbon dioxide gives a mild frizzante effect resulting in a lively and fresh wine. Serve well chilled and enjoy while young and vibrant.

Bullers Fine Old Topaque
Nose: Toffee.
Palate: Toffee and orange peel.
Food Match: An evening is just not complete without a glass of our Fine Old range after dinner. It can be the Tokay, the Muscat or the Tawny. The Tokay is perfectly acceptable to drink on its own, but makes a nice accompaniment to sticky date pudding or caramel fudge.
