Earthy, with aromas of forest floor gamey. Rich fruits of dark cherry and black plum combines with powdery tannins for a smooth finish. Produced using wild yeast and fermented in french oak for 10 months this Pinot Noir was bottled unfiltered.

Tight structure, great energy, fine tannins, textural, long gentle flavours. Delicious drinking now but will develop into a wine with even more complexity and interest in 4-5 years.
