By combining both traditional and modern winemaking techniques we are able to make handcrafted wines of complexity, depth and intensity. Lifted aromas of prunes and vanilla are accompanied by vibrant black cherry fruit on the palate. The finish is long with fine grained tannins from 2 years maturation in a combination of new and older Frenck oak barrels.
