    100% Margeret River (WA) fruit. Freshly cracked white pepper interwoven with dark cherries and blackcurrant notes. Hints of freshly crushed mulberries and wild mint are also expressed. Fine grained tannins and a nice back palate acidity creating long length. Hints of cacao beans, blackberries and dark raspberries present themselves on the finish. This is a lighter, more savoury style of wine. 14.1% abv.
