Obtained from the distillation of fermented marc of fine grapes, the Etna Grappa assumes, after aging in oak barrels, an amber color with bright reflections, maintaining its natural clarity.

On the nose it is fine and elegant. Soft and delicate on the palate, it releases delicious slightly fruity scents and harmonious floral notes that make it a unique grappa of great value and personality.

The most typical liqueur of our beautiful Sicilian island, produced by Distilleria F.lli Russo s.n.c.at Santa Venerina, province of Catania, certainly is Limoncello di Sicilia. Our island is generous and offers fresh lemons all over the year, in fact there are four lemon productions, among them “verdello” and “primofiore”. Our lemons all come from biological cultivation territory around mount Etna and are quite small. Their peel is rich in fragrance which we catch in the Limoncello to make it a liqueur of rare flavour, appreciated in Italy and abroad. The production is made in a traditionally way. The lemons are picked out and peeled by hand in order to get a very thin peel. This peels are immersed in absolute alcohol, then mixed with water and sugar. The liqueur is of a yellow/green colour, its taste is dense and mellow.

To be served chilled in chilled glasses. Its digestive qualities make it an excellent dessert, recommended also in the preparation of fruit salad.

From the infusion of exquisite Cocoa comes this Rosolio with a delicious taste and a delicate fragrance, excellent as a Dessert.
Its great versatility of use finds it protagonist in the most varied occasions: in the preparation of desserts, in the elaboration of cocktails and long drinks, to enrich the taste of ice creams and creams.

Arancello is a very pleasant liqueur whose main ingredient is the splendid Sicilian oranges; of them only the peel rich in perfumes and aromas is used. The oranges are peeled by hand, taking care not to remove the white part that could give the product a slightly bitter taste. 

Arancello di Sicilia is served chilled in small glasses also kept in the freezer and is excellent as a dessert; to enrich a fruit salad and as a digestive to be served at the end of a meal. Its particular aroma also makes it an indispensable ingredient in the preparation of refined drinks and cocktails.

The finished product has a yellow-green color. On the nose it shows an intense orange scent. At first taste it has a full, mellow taste; leaves in the mouth a pleasant sensation of freshness and aromas, the scents of the splendid Sicily.
