It is the most original and traditional version of the Prosecco. Vinification is carried out without added sulphites and it becomes “frizzante”, slightly sparkling, for natural fermentation and it is “col fondo”, on the lees, with the deposit represented by the natural yeasts of the wine, that give a fragrant bread crust aroma.

Creamy foam, light straw yellow color, intense bread crust aroma, harmonious taste, fresh, dry and with a medium body.

A light straw colour with a fresh green edge. Fine bubbles. Lifted characters of fresh pear, white flowers and pistachio. Fresh and lively with characters of crunchy pear, lemongrass and light honey. The wine is dry, in balance and has a lively natural effervescence.

Delicate rose in colour with hints of pomegranate on the nose. On the palate, it’s silky and full bodied with gorgeous balance between its fruit and floral notes.

Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with finger foods and Mediterranean first courses.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore sparkling wine expresses its best characteristics of freshness if consumed in the year after the vintage. If well conserved , the wine will evolve and, even if it loses part of its floral and fruity fragrance, it gains in complexity on the nose and palate.
