This Antinori family’s historic label, since the 2011 vintage Marchese Antinori has been produced with grapes exclusively from the Tignanello vineyard. It’s made almost entirely with Sangiovese with a small percentage of other complementary varieties. A wine that fully expresses the quality and elegance of Sangiovese grapes grown in this area.

The wine is ruby red in color with purple highlights and its aromas are ample and intense with notes of red fruit, particularly cherries and raspberries. The flavors are soft and balanced, the finish characterized by suppleness of tannins and persistence of fruit, both of which contribute to its pleasurable, easy-drinking personality.

Deep amber with golden glow. Sweet aroma of dried fruit, hazelnuts and dates, candied orange, honey and a bit of cinnamon. Full-bodied and juicy with a pleasant freshness.

This Pinot Gris delivers delicate aromas of pear, and nectarine which flow through to honeyed floral and citrus notes on the palate.
