Domaine du Salut's Graves Rouge Organic is a Bordeaux red wine known for its fruity, balanced profile and harmonious structure, featuring round tannins and a pleasant acidity. It is an organic blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc grapes, cultivated in the Graves region's gravelly clay soils and aged in oak barrels to develop aromatic complexity. Expect aromas of violet, blackcurrant, and black pepper, with a silky texture and a finish hinting at leather and truffle, making it a versatile food-pairing wine for grilled meats or richer dishes.

This wine has a pale yellow colour with hints of green. Deliciously fresh on the palate with beautiful notes of lemon and an invigorating finish.

The Beaujolais has a very pretty garnet coloured robe, the bouquet has notes of ripe black cherries with a touch of marshmallow. The attack is full, the wine being approachable and generous. Very agreeable, it is Beaujolais which invites moments of conviviality.

A lifted nose of dark berried fruit, forest undergrowth, oak and sweet spice. The palate begins with a burst of supple red berry and sweet cherry flavours balanced by bright acidity and nicely textured tannins. Beautifully balanced and flavoursome, is a very attractive Cotes du Rhone that will deliver relaxed drinking pleasure over the next five years.
