Flavours of chocolate underscored by a hint of menthol. Long finish with assorted fruit flavours and a subtle touch of oak.

Delas Côtes Du Rhône Saint-Esprit has a deep, dark colour, and plum-like hue. The nose is classically Syrah, with berry fruit, violet, liquorice. It has a full, rounded palate with delicate tannins, making it unique in the "Côtes-du-Rhône" category.

Domaine du Seminaire Cotes du Rhone is a red wine made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan grapes, organically grown in the eastern Rhone region near the Alps. It's known for its deep ruby color, aromas of wild berries with hints of licorice, and a good balance of body and fruit on the palate. Some describe it as a great value wine, even comparing it to a more expensive Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The wine is bottled early to preserve fruit and with minimal sulfur.
