Marzadro Forte Grappa
A 50% Grappa, for those who want more alcohol in their Grappa
Grappa obtained from two native vines of Trentino with red grapes, Teroldego and Marzemino. The distillation takes place slowly with the water bath method in a discontinuous steam still, this preserves all the aromatic substances of the vines, guaranteeing the maximum result in terms of aromas and aromas. The pomace of Teroldego derives from grapes grown in the Piana Rotaliana, an area dedicated to the production of this native variety. The pomace of Marzemino comes from grapes grown in the hilly and sub-hilly areas of Vallagarina (lower Trentino), on the right bank of the Adige river, between the municipalities of Nomi, Mori and Isera, habitat of excellence for this typical vine. With the expert union of these two varieties we obtain "Forte", Grappa with a strong scent and a rich structure, extremely persistent, robust and enveloping.

Marzadro Grappa Anfora Trentina
Softness, round taste and enveloping aroma. These are the qualities of Amfora, a Grappa that brings with it all the qualities of traditional aging in wood with the peculiarity that, its rest, does not take place in barrels but, precisely, in amphora. A new technique that uses one of the oldest containers known to man, terracotta pots useful for transporting and storing wine, oil, honey and other foodstuffs.
The Anfora we have chosen are a blend of clay and clay, materials that come from Montelupo and Impruneta, Tuscan places known since the Middle Ages for the processing and craftsmanship of ceramics and
terracotta. An innovative technique for distillates that we wanted to experiment with, obtaining excellent results: micro oxygenation, double that which occurs with the use of barrel, enriches Grappa in elegance and softness, thus giving the characteristics of aging without the classic flavor of wood.
Anfora is a Grappa consisting of a blend of pomace from native Trentino vines: 80% teroldego, marzemino and merlot vines;
20% vines of Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau and Moscato that give it typical and unmistakable aromas and flavors of this territory. -
Marzadro Grappa Prosecco Selezione
An elegant grappa, produced through distillation in a Bagnomaria steam pot still (“bain-marie”) with fresh, carefully selected marcs of Glera grapes, the pride of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene (Veneto). These give the grappa its typically harmonious and dry flavour. A grappa of high prestige that reflects the best of the local production.
-
Marzadro Grappa With Ruta
Obtained by infusing rue leaves in Grappa from selected blends of marc from Trentino, which are distilled separately in Bagnomaria pot stills and subsequently mixed. Rue is a wild plant from the Rutaceae family that is harvested directly by our distillery in the summer months, before flowering. The rue gives the Grappa a slightly bitter balsamic taste.

Nardini Aqua Di Cedro
Acqua di Cedro is sweet grappa-based liqueur made with Cedro lemons - and something of a revelation. This drink is similar to limoncello, but crystalline in appearance rather than cloudy and altogether more sophisticated, thanks in part to its uniquely dry after taste. This is due to the Cedro, which while being much larger (and uglier) than normal lemons, has an especially tart juice. The liqueur is excellent freezer-chilled and served ice-cold with a twist.

Nardini Grappa Mandorla
Not well known to many outside Veneto, Mandorla has proved hugely popular in a range of UK tasting events involving the public as well as professional bar staff.
While the almond aroma is well to the fore, Nardini employ a cherry distillate to balance the nut's naturally bitter flavour . As a result, Mandorla enjoys a slightly sweet aftertaste, making it a natural first-time grappa for those new to the spirit and an especially suitable partner for espresso amongst those who prefer their coffee without sugar. -

Nardini Grappa Tagliatella
As its name implies, Tagliatella is a grappa-based 'cocktail' of complex flavours. While the aroma of fresh cherry juice predominates, the drink features natural ingredients deployed in a wide range of products in Nardini's grappa and aperitivo range.
Fruity, with a well-calibrated bitter/sweet ratio, Tagliatella is typically enjoyed neat over ice, or with a splash of soda. It is especially refreshing as a summer drink - the 'Bassano Mule' -enjoyed long with ginger beer.
