Bobby Dazzler Shiraz
The wine has the notes of ripe dark plum, liquorice and blackberries with some toasty vanillin oak and spice in the background. Plush textural and flavour of ripe dark plum, liquorice and blackberries mingling with touches of toasty vanillin oak and spicy pepper showing excellent depth and persistence.

Bonny Doon Le Cigare Volant Shiraz
The palate shows that rugged chaparral spice that made this blend world-famous, alongside dark-raspberry, boysenberry, roasted fennel, and anise flavours.

Born And Raised Shiraz
Sunbury deserves some more love on the wine front, we love the prettiness the shiraz from the Rockbank vineyard shows, feminine, bright and highly drinkable. Cranberry, fresh damson, pink peppercorns and pepperberry notes round out very drinkable modern Victorian Shiraz.

Brokenwood Shiraz
A lovely deep red with purple hues on the rim. Being mostly from McLaren Vale there is plenty of dark berry aroma with the sweet oak marrying well. Some spice and Christmas pudding characters as well. The palate is rich and long. Liqueur cherry flavours, some oak. The tannins are quite soft and ripe, nothing ‘firm’ about this wine at all.

This Shiraz is rich and full bodied but with elegance. Notes of ripe blackberry, raspberry and toasty oak. Well balanced tannins and great flavour.

Chateau Tanunda Shiraz 50 Year Old Vines
This full bodied wine displays aromas of blackberry and black pepper supported by spicy, dark fruits on the palate with subtle integrated oak. The extensive finish is framed by elegant, fine grained tannins.
The hand-picked grapes were destemmed, but not crushed, and spent seven days on skins in an open fermenter with twice daily hand-plunging and gentle pump-overs of the cap to extract colour, flavours and tannins. This was followed by careful basket pressing and maturation in a combination of American and French oak barrels for twenty two months prior to bottling. In keeping with our non-interventionist winemaking style we have neither fined nor filtered this wine and as a result decanting is recommended.

Cooks Lot Hand Picked Shiraz
Aromatic bramble jam, cherries and spice with mocha notes follow thru to an elegant palate with French oak enhancing the wines structure and complexity.
Hand picked Shiraz was fermented in small open fermenters with some whole bunches by wild yeast and hand plunged four times a day. The free run juice and pressings where barreled separately and matured in tightly grained French oak for 12 months.
