Mostly Garganega with about 10-15% Trebbiano di Soave, this is wonderfully aromatic - not a common feature of Soave - with floral notes (cherry blossom), citrus, stone fruit and almond. The palate is delicate and focussed, with excellent depth and lovely overall balance.

Intense and well persisting, extremely delicate. Floral elements mingled with fresh sensations of apple and pear are amalgamated by a good mineral and aromatic herbs scent, with sage evidencing among them.

The Grillo variety is indigenous to Sicily and grown at higher, cooler elevations. With herbal, floral and citrus aromas, followed by a light-bodied palate with flavours of white peach, ripe pear and citrus, this wine would pair well with pasta, seafood or grilled vegetables.
