Intense straw yellow colour with greenish tinges, brilliant. Intense, lingering aroma with vegetable and floral fragrances of Mediterranean scrub and summer fruits. Pleasant nose-palate harmony, warm and full of good depth and perky acidity, balanced.

Palazzo Del Mare Cattaratto
Catarratto is a native variety of Sicily and has similarities to Viognier with its peach and apricot notes on the nose. The palate continues these flavours with touches of almonds too. A nice juicy richness.

Palladino Roero Arneis
Produced with grapes grown in the Roero area, the nose is marked by the delicate aroma of white flowers and tropical fruits. Excellent as an aperitif.

The taste is full and persistent, with a savoury and mineral finale, characteristic of the sandy soil in its area of origin.

Pasqua Le Collezioni Pinot Grigio
The wine has a straw yellow colour and, on the nose, it offer floral sensation that recall the aroma of acacia blossom, with hints of pears as well. Its flavour is intense and very well-balanced, with fruity notes of apples and pears. To be served cool, with starters, delicate first course dishes, grilled or baked fish.

Straw yellow in colour with greenish hues Piccini Pinot Grigio is light- medium bodied wine. On the nose it shows immediate forward flowery bouquet and fruit, especially apple and peach, holding a firm and fruity palate.

Picollo Ernesto Gavi
Gavi is a classification of wine made from the Cortese grape variety. It produces aromatic wines with bright acidity which match incredibly well with seafood. Gavi's location is quite proximate to the sea, although it's separated by the Ligurian Alps. -
Pieropan Soave Classico
Mostly Garganega with about 10-15% Trebbiano di Soave, this is wonderfully aromatic - not a common feature of Soave - with floral notes (cherry blossom), citrus, stone fruit and almond. The palate is delicate and focussed, with excellent depth and lovely overall balance.

Grown at the foothills of Mt Etna, on the volcanic dirt, gives this wine great complexity and balance. A must for this summer.
