La Cacciatora Falanghina Beneventano is a crisp, medium-bodied Italian white wine with a bright straw-yellow color and intense fruity aromas. It has a well-balanced, persistent flavor profile with notes of citrus, floral hints, and a soft finish, making it a versatile wine that pairs well with seafood, white meat, and young cheeses. Plenty of fleshy fruit and lovely concentration but with a lick of salty goodness that keeps this oh-so-fresh! A little tropical hit on the nose with some tangy lemon and citrus pith too with some peppery spice for a bit of interest. Long and lush palate that finishes tangy and dry. Perfect summer fair.

The fragrance of this wine leaps out of the glass, drawing you in. Both the nose and palate display flowers and minerals – influenced by the stony profile of the vineyard. It has a good structure and is nicely textured.

On the nose fine and elegant with a pungent bouquets with floral, very persistent notes. Palate has evident sensations of white fruit on the palate giving wine freshness and softness. Excellent with soups and egg and fish dishes.

Pale and delicate in colour with subtle citrus and floral aromas. The palate is elegant and delightfully fresh with delicate citrus and tropical flavours building to notes of ripe pear  matched by soft mineral acidity before a dry finish.
