Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, floral scents of wisteria and fruity notes of green apple. Dry palate with good acidity, persistent and delicate minerality.

A blend of Vermentino, Procanico, Anjonica made in Elba, a Mediterranean island in Tuscany. Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Fresh pear, lime and green apple aromas infused with fresh herbs have minerally end notes. The zesty palate carries lime and green apple flavours infused with fresh herbs over a flinty mineral back drop. Dry finish with zippy acidity and a tasty conclusion.

 Moon-pale yellow with ash-grey hues; pronounced bouquet of exotic fruit and wild flower, with a touch of honey; dry, balanced, fruity flavour with an attractive lingering aftertaste of apples and banana. Serve with light hors d’oeuvres, delicate first courses, fish, cold white meat.

The fragrance of this wine leaps out of the glass, drawing you in. Both the nose and palate display flowers and minerals – influenced by the stony profile of the vineyard. It has a good structure and is nicely textured.

On the nose fine and elegant with a pungent bouquets with floral, very persistent notes. Palate has evident sensations of white fruit on the palate giving wine freshness and softness. Excellent with soups and egg and fish dishes.
