Break Free's Deux Rebelles Rosé is a unique, unfiltered, and unfined wine, crafted with minimal sulphur for purity and vibrancy. It's made from single-vineyard Mount Barker Shiraz, with co-ferments of Gewürztraminer, Viognier, and Riesling skins, resulting in a wine that is both delicate and texturally rich. Expect a pale pink color with a light haze from lees suspension, and vibrant aromas of botanicals, florals, and sun-ripened fruit like pomegranate, watermelon, and scorched mandarin. The wine offers a crisp, mouthwatering finish with a surprising depth and aromatic complexity.

Brezza Barolo Classico is a traditional, elegant Barolo from the Brezza estate, known for its red fruit, floral, and herbal aromas, and its balanced palate with fine tannins and bright acidity. Sourced from organically farmed vineyards across several townships, it features classic notes like cherry, rose, and earthy undertones, offering early accessibility while still being age-worthy. It is made with traditional methods, including aging in large Slavonian oak casks.

Pinot Gris can vary in the amount of colour picked from the berries and this year there is that slight tell-tale sign of a pink skinned white. Lifted floral and ester characters dominate the aroma with a background of musk. The palate has richness to it, partly from the 13.5% alcohol and partly form solids left in the juice to give that extra layer of complexity. Very pleasant pear and honeysuckle flavours, long finish and perfect balance on the finish.

A medium to full bodied colour and density. Aromas of red cherry, spice and earthy edges. Mid weight palate with some Cabernet Sauvignon cedar up front that leads to soft Shiraz richness. The oak regime is mainly older American and French so limited impact although some vanillin on both nose and palate with a long sweet finish.
