Having set out to make a mid-weight style of shiraz that shows definitive regional typicity, we’re very pleased with the result. With moderate alcohol and very supple oak influence, Barossa dark fruits and black chocolate characters rise to the forer, it’s generous and appealing, with soft, fine powdery tannins and lovely length of flavour. Enjoyable immediately upon release and will cellar comfortably for 5-7 years.

Delicate and slightly floral, fresh, light and winy, moderately floral and lively

This Soave Classico is a beautifully crisp, dry white wine crafted from select hillside garganega parcels in this unique district. It delights with aromas of juicy peach and crisp apple, complemented by a mineral undertone of chalk and subtle hints of pear. Perfectly paired with creamy pasta, delicate starters, fish dishes, and indulgent risottos, it promises a sophisticated and memorable dining experience.

Rose-coloured raspberry wine with slight gas release that enhances the aromas of red fruits (strawberries) and tropical fruits (bananas). To the mouth it presents a live and fresh attack of intense and balanced flavor, sensation of lightness and freshness with a very elegant end.
