The Infinitum Primitivo surprises with its deep ruby-red color. The bouquet opens with seductive aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherries, and a hint of spice, clearly reflecting the sun-drenched vineyards. With each sip, the Primitivo's full body unfolds, revealing lush aromas of dark fruits like plums and blueberries, harmoniously blended with a touch of vanilla and a subtle hint of oak. The full body and soft, firm tannins lead to a long, lingering finish, where the warmth and passion of Puglia resonate in every sip.

A ruby red wine with violaceus nuances, fruity scents, good frame and persistence. The grapes, harvested at the right point of ripeness, are de-stemmed, pressed and conveyed to the winemakers. Here the must follows a temperature-controlled fermentation of about 6-8 days with continuous pumping over and punching down for at least the first two-thirds of the fermentation.

This French Pinot Noir has cherry and raspberry aromas. The palate is compellingly silky with a finish that showcases crunchy fruit.
