Lovely passionfruit, lime and fragrant lemongrass leap from the glass, whilst the palate is crisp and focussed with a juicy texture. The barrel fermented component helps to highlight the wines chalky minerality. In terms of flavours this wine has lovely complexity with strong citrus and passionfruit characters balanced by some herbal notes and tropical fruit.

Pale pink intense aromas of raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant with a hint of pepper. rich palette with refreshing bright red fruit and peppery character. apparently dry, with attractive fruit-sweetness.

As soon as grapes are ripe, they are harvested, destemmed, pressed and carried on to tanks. The must becomes fermented at a temperature for about six, eight days with pumping for the first two thirds of the fermentation. A ruby red wine with violaceus nuances, fruity and spicy scents, good frame and persistence.

Fragrant bouquet of lime and lemon blossom, with hints of subtle spice. Palate is taut and focused offering lemon curd, lime pith and floral notes, woven together with a mineral finish.
