Nicolis Valpolicella Classico DOC is a dry, red wine from the Veneto region of Italy, characterized by its ruby-red color, a delicate bouquet of cherries, plums, and spices, and a harmonious, savory palate with slightly bitter and earthy notes. Made primarily from the Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties, this light-bodied wine is fermented in steel tanks, aged briefly, and is an ideal pairing for everyday meals, including starters, cold cuts, pizza, and even fatty fish.

The palate has a citrus line, is rich and textural, and finishes with a focused drive. The barrel fermented component of the wine adds complexity, warmth and provides spice and hazelnut on the finish.
