The colour is pale straw with green hues. On the nose the wine has hints of white flowers, citrus lift with some subtle dry herb and hazelnut aromas. The palate has a citrus line, is rich and textural, and finishes with a focused drive. The barrel fermented component of the wine adds complexity, warmth and provides spice and hazelnut on the finish.

This unique Rosé is rich in colour and complexity. Opening with a fresh sweetness, the wine displays a complex flavour profile with hints of earthy beetroot, freshly squeezed apple juice, guava and confectionery watermelon with an elegant dry finish.

Our Outback Jack Shiraz is full-bodied with well-defined flavours of plum, red currant and mocha, leading to a long, rich finish. This Shiraz is well suited to roast meat or rich pasta dishes.

The colour is mid red. The perfumed nose exhibits lifted raspberry, wild strawberry fruit, potpourri, with thyme and sweet spice notes. The medium bodied palate has plump and juicy sweet fruit predominately strawberry jam, pomegranate, mint, hints of liquorice and an earthy note. The old vines ensure weight and depth on the palate and the fleshy and supple tannins add to the mouthfeel of the wine with a mineral edge. The wine is balanced through the palate and the juicy berry flavours linger nicely. This wine drinks beautifully now but will cellar forup to seven years
