Finimondo Rosso IGT is crafted from a selection of native and international grapes grown in western Sicily on the mineral-rich, silty-clayey soils of Terra Grande. The grapes undergo natural dehydration through shoot cutting, enhancing the aromatic intensity of the mature skins. This deep red wine is made from a carefully chosen blend of indigenous and international varieties, offering delicate notes of fruit and plum, along with sweet hints of dried and candied fruit. Flavors of blackberry and pomegranate are balanced by a pleasant spicy finish, leading to a medium-bodied, dry palate with silky tannins.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra is a full flavoured, rich dry red, and shows the spicy, juicy bright fruits for which the region is renowned. Aromas of liquorice cassis and cedar are complemented by black fruits and a lovely hint of mint and Cabernet leaf. The palate is bright and juicy, is elegant and has lovely soft sandy abundant tannin.

The Petaluma White Label Dry Rose is a blend of Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. Fresh and vibrant with lots of bright red fruit aromas. Red berry and sour cherry flavours with a succulent mid palate.
