Casa Italiana Riccioli (sometimes listed as part of the Millefoglie style) are traditional Italian puff pastry biscuits characterized by their curly, flaky, and crispy, multi-layered structure. Whole apricots from Costigliole Saluzzo in syrup made with water and cane sugar. The use of whole apricots with their stones gives a pleasant almond flavor. To use as a dessert, to enrich fruit salads, white yogurt, ice cream, cocktails and cakes.

Typical peppers from Carmagnola, a little town near Alba, cut in slices and put in jar manually. A delicious sweet and sour starter, with "Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP", ideal as appetizer or side dish.
