Giant Steps Sexton Chardonnay
Sexton pushes ripe citrus, green apple, nuttiness and a Parisian almond/marzipan character. It’s flinty too, minerals don’t escape, but the main gist is a wine of quiet power, depth, concentration and drive. Exceptional length, the finish is a starburst of flavour, then chalky and puckering. It opens up beautifully, indeed needs some time to reveal more and more, so you get a complex wine with incredible detail going on. Long term fans of the Giant Steps chardonnay world will recognise the pedigree here. It has it all.

Grant Burge Summer Chardonnay
The palate is finely balanced, with a creamy texture courtesy of the time on lees all supported by a linear backbone of acidity which combines to create an excellent length of flavour
-
Hamelin Bay Chardonnay
The luscious grapes used to create Hamelin Bay Chardonnay were barrel fermented and matured in French oak barriques for 10 months. This resulted in the creation of a pale straw hued wine showing green tints. A whiff of the wine reveals mesmerising scents of citrus, pear, candied orange, white flower and spice. The palate is fresh and elegant, bursting with beautiful fruit flavours. These wonderful characters drive the medium-bodied palate to a long and lingering finale. Drink this delicious white wine with foods like Greek sweet potato fries, herb crusted cod with a pea puree, or mini lobster pot pie.
