This Chardonnay is a ‘traditional’ classic full-bodied wine made from premium quality grapes grown on the Mount Canobolas Vineyard and reflects the excellent characters derived from the cool growing season of the Orange Wine Region. This wine is a brilliant straw green with a touch of light yellow and gold.

The nose has melon like varietal fruit aromas, integrated with soft vanillin oak and butterscotch. On the palate it shows fresh and lifted cold climate Chardonnay fruit, with well integrated oak, displaying fullness, yet elegance. Clean and dry with superb lingering fruit and oak flavours complemented with a crisp acid finish.

While drinking well now, this wine will continue to improve for at least the next five years. This wine is ideal with curries, smoked salmon and vegetarian dishes.

This medium-bodied, barrel-fermented wine offers light, toasted oak aromas, attractive baked apple flavors and accents of butter and vanilla. Good balance keeps it going sip after sip, revealing spice and almond nuances

H10 Block Chardonnay is an isolated parcel selected from their Brokenback Vineyard and picked to minimise skin contact and preserve the fresh, delicate flavours of the variety. Fine acidity with fresh melon and peach characters laced with delicate oak complexity.

Light to medium straw in colour, still showing youthful green tinges. Lifted bouquet of citrus fruits and summer flowers with a smoky oak background. The palate is fresh and crisp with excellent balance. This harmony leads through to the finish which is smooth and long, without heaviness or excessive acidity.
